What is Swagbucks?
It’s a search engine (like Google) that allows you to earn points when you search. And eventually these points become prizes! Prizes for searching the Internet!

Again, prizes just for searching the Internet! I don’t know about you, but I do that daily – even before prizes were involved. Now that you know about these prizes, it’s just silly to continue searching without earning points for it.

What kind of prizes can I get?
You can get gift cards to Amazon, Starbucks, Target, Barnes and Noble, etc. Also you can use them for magazine subscriptions, electronics, etc. Just this year, I have earned $45 to Amazon and a one-year subscription to Martha Stewart Living! The subscription was for me, but the Amazon gift cards are being saved and used on Christmas gifts.

How do I earn Swagbucks?
Again, just search the web as usual! You don’t need to search ten times, trying desperately to get them. They just pop up randomly on searches. Make Swagbucks your tool bar to earn more points.
You can also earn Swagbucks when you shop online as normal… A friend of mine is pregnant and plans to buy a lot from Land of Nod, so when she buys from them through Swagbucks’ link, she earns extra Swagbucks!
Another way you can earn is by trading in your old electronic gadgets. You’ll get points, and Swagbucks will recycle it for you!
Also sometimes they will send you codes in the email or post codes on their blog. Enter the codes they give you and receive points.
Then promote it!
