Now that it’s the end of January, I hope I’m not too late to post a list of some DIY’s I hope to accomplish this year! Really, sooner rather than later. More to come!
- Deodorant: Keeper of the Home, A Sonoma Garden
- Face wash: Simple Organized Living, Live Strong
- Lotion bars: Crunchy Betty
- Chap stick: A Sonoma Garden
- Toilet cleaner: Crunchy Betty, Everything Is Homemade
- Laundry detergent: Everything Is Homemade {At the moment, I have a TON from sales and coupons, so this is a long-term goal.}
- Granite counter top cleaning solution: eHow Home {Along these lines, I also have on my DIY list – a solution for travertine floors, glass windows, etc.}
- Plant our own veggie and fruit garden! No blog tutorial… just thought it should be on the list! We attempted this a couple years ago and failed. But we shall try again!
You may notice that these DIY’s aren’t exactly my typical craft project. Instead, they’re a more natural approach to many everyday products. Why? Because the synthetic stuff can’t be good for us. There has to be a more natural way! So I’m determined to try some of this stuff. Not to worry – I’ll report back!
