Again, it’s taken me all week to post! Mainly because I’ve had a few straggler meals I’ve been trying to decide on… yes, it’s clear out the pantry/fridge week!
Lunches:
- Lots of leftovers – tomato basil soup, salad, quiche
- Also added into the mix – grilled cheese and brawts
*If you follow me on Facebook, you know I’ve been debating if I need to add lunch meal planning to the mix! Now that I am responsible for feeding lunch to more than just me – and Baby Girl is eating lots more! – I am realizing how valuable this category would be! As you can see I’m not great at planning lunches – just yet!
Dinners:
- Friend’s first birthday party
- Chili, salad, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
- Tomato basil soup, salad, grilled cheese
- Hubby was out of town, so we had leftovers!
- Ham and cheese quiche with homemade pie crust; Moms night out!
- Spaghetti and meatballs (non-BBQ version)
- Randomness soup with homemade chicken stock and homemade bread! …This meal depends on if we have out of town guests staying for dinner or not. If so, I’ll try to get my creative juices thinking of something better!
Snacks:
- Smoothies! I’ve been kinda into smoothies this week, using up leftover fruits!
- Apples baked and sprinkled with cinnamon
- No-bake energy bites
