Week of 1/22/12 Menu Planning

Again, it’s taken me all week to post! Mainly because I’ve had a few straggler meals I’ve been trying to decide on… yes, it’s clear out the pantry/fridge week!

Lunches:

  • Lots of leftovers – tomato basil soup, salad, quiche
  • Also added into the mix – grilled cheese and brawts

*If you follow me on Facebook, you know I’ve been debating if I need to add lunch meal planning to the mix! Now that I am responsible for feeding lunch to more than just me – and Baby Girl is eating lots more! – I am realizing how valuable this category would be! As you can see I’m not great at planning lunches – just yet!

Dinners:

Snacks:

  • Smoothies! I’ve been kinda into smoothies this week, using up leftover fruits!
  • Apples baked and sprinkled with cinnamon
  • No-bake energy bites
