Clearly you can see we are still lacking on good lunch ideas. I’m not really sure how I feel about grains, since there’s a lot of information out there on grains being bad for us… I’m undecided. So I’ve been limiting our bread intake. But I could really use some inspiration for something light and easy that a toddler might enjoy as well as an adult. Anything??

- Stuffed green bell peppers — Can you tell that this is a favorite around here? LOVE it. So healthy too!
- Sloppy joes, salad or veggies
- Date night in – take out!
