Happy Monday! I hope y’all had a wonderful weekend. I have to show y’all this Instagram photo hubby took over the weekend of Lil and me. We rode on a mini train, set up in someone’s backyard! They make it free to the public and have it open Thanksgiving through New Years! How awesome is that!

Can you imagine how many lights this must take?? And the electric bill. Oh my.
Ok, onto our menu for the week…
Breakfasts:
- Leftover amish oatmeal bake from last week
- Maple pecan oats
- Eggs, berries
- Smoothies
Lunches:
- Leftovers
- Lentil soup, grilled cheese
- Snacky lunch – humus and carrots, berries, etc.
Dinners:
- Chili, blue cornbread
- BLT’s
- Sloppy joes, sweet potato fries
- Leftovers x3, possibly go out one night also
